On-line Registration and payment is preferred. Your registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system (SSL encrypted data transfer). All registrations will be handled by Ms. Stamatia Gika of MeetingPlanner.gr (the Workshop's management company).

Registration Information
To be eligible for the early registration fee, payment of registration must have been received by MeetingPlanner.gr, by April 30, 2008 . Registration payments after that date will be charged with the late registration fee.
Full-time students should be prepared to show their student identification card at the Workshop registration desk.
Registration by email or phone will not be accepted.
Your payment must be completed (your bank transfer must have been deposited in the Meeting Planner's bank account or your credit card payment received by MeetingPlanner.gr) by:
April 30, 2008 for the early registration rate
to apply.

Registration Methods
On-line Registration and payment is preferred. Your registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system (SSL encrypted data transfer).
You may submit your registration either on-line or by fax, no later than Monday, June 2nd , 2008 . After this date, only on-site registration is possible.
Registration by Fax is available for those who can not register on line. Please fill in the registration form , with your credit card or other payment information and send it by fax to: +30 2610 991 945.
Registration by Mail (mail and payment should be received by the corresponding deadline) is possible, using the registration form found below.

Attention
- Each attendee must register separately.
- Receipts will be given on site. No invoices will be sent in advance.
- Upon receiving your complete registration application and respective payment(s), the registration desk will email you a confirmation letter, including your registration number. You must print the official confirmation of registration email and bring it with you to the on-site registration desk!

Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that a registration must be cancelled, a refund of all prepaid fees will be made, excluding an administration charge of € 100, provided that advance written notification is submitted by Monday, May 12 th , 2008. No refunds will be made for cancellations received afterwards. All refunds will be handled within 30 days after the end of the Workshop.
Additional Registration Information
Those who are already registered, but would like to get additional items (i.e. the proceedings on CD-ROM, welcome reception tickets, banquet tickets or lunch tickets), must use an additional registration form.
The additional registration application can not be submitted on-line. You must fax (+30 2610 991 945) the additional registration form found below. Confirmation will be sent via email, after proof of payment has been received. Please remember to print and bring this confirmation letter with you to the registration desk in order to collect your tickets/proceedings.
Invitation Letters
Delegates requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the Workshop may write to the Registration Desk (cip08@meetingplanner.gr) specifying the necessary details. Please note that this procedure aims to assist delegates who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Workshop. It is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support from the Workshop.
Payment for registration fees must have been finalized, before requesting an invitation letter. Please make sure that in your request to the Registration Desk for an invitation letter you include:
- Name, postal address, and a valid email address;
- Paper number, if you are presenting a paper;
- The words "invitation letter request" in the subject field of your email request.
The visa letters will be emailed in a printable coloured pdf format and will state only the facts:
- Workshop title, dates, and location;
- That the requester has paid the required registration fee in full;
- If the requester is a committee member, speaker, or presenter.
Attendees who need visas are advised to apply for it to the respective consulate/ embassy no later than 3 months prior to the Workshop. For visa information, please visit the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Personal Insurance
The organizers cannot be held responsible for accidents to Workshop participants or accompanying persons, for damage or loss of their personal property, or for cancellation expenses, regardless of cause. Participants should therefore, make their own insurance arrangements. Please consult with your local insurance sources regarding coverage.
